
Buring was born in Sweden, but she spent her childhood in the Middle East. With producer and actor Stegath Dorr, Buring attended the high school of Muscat, Oman. She was a childhood friend. Buring moved to England at the age of sixteen years old. Buring completed her studies at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2004. She is also the director in charge of the MahWaff Theatre Company. In the year 2006, Buring played Olivia in the production of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night by Exeter's Northcott Theatre Company, alongside Sara Weymouth and David Gwillim and also appeared in a brand new play Seduced by Michael Kingsbury at London's Finborough Theatre. In the MahWaff Theatre Company she was an actor in Guardians Monologue For An Ensemble as well as An Investigator Calls. In March 2014, she'll be appearing in Strangers on a Train.
